Order Handling & Shipping

Orders placed online are prepared within 3 working days (subject to stock availability) and then dispatched with the courier you have selected at the checkout.

If your order is urgent, please contact us on info@plumen.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

We strongly recommend that you check your order thoroughly for any damages or potential missing items once your receive it to avoid future inconvenience.

UK and Europe Delivery

Orders placed online are prepared within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) and then dispatched with the courier you have selected at the checkout.

Please note we are only able to dispatch on working days between 9am to 2pm.

We do not dispatch orders at weekends or bank holidays.

Bespoke items may take up to 10 days (dependant on quantity and size of the order) to be dispatched and all bespoke are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Once dispatched delivery to Europe may take up to a maximum of 7 working days, but should you wish to receive tracking, please email us on info@plumen.com, stating your order number.

North America Delivery

All orders with the USA are dispatched using Fedex Ground and USPS.
Our warehouse being based in Los Angeles, please allow up to 7 days transit.

For Canada and Mexico, we are using USPS service.

Rest or the World Delivery

All other orders are dispatched using USPS, Hong Kong Post and any other local post services.
Average transit time 7 to 14 days depending on your location.
