You won’t need to send them back to us, but we do ask that you recycle them in the appropriate bin.

In order to send you a replacement, please send us a picture of the damaged item as well as your order number to info@plumen.com and we will do our best to help.

As they are painted, the use of any glass cleaner may affect the colour and aspect of the shade.
