Order Handling & Shipping

Orders placed between the 19th December to the 1st January will be shipped on the week commencing 2nd Janaury

Orders placed online are prepared within 3 working days (subject to stock availability) and then dispatched with the courier you have selected at the checkout. If your order is urgent, please contact us at info@plumen.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request. We recommend that you check your order thoroughly once received and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items.

Christmas Delivery Dates

All orders for items in stock will be dispatched within two days of the order being placed.

Our last dates for Christmas delivery, providing there are no delays outside of Plumen Ltds control, are as follows:

UK
15th December – Hermes
18th December – UK Mail/DPD

EU
14th December – Interlink EU – based on the longest shipping service of 8 working days

Royal Mail shipping service if selected cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.

USA
13th December – USA service within USA/Canada – based on the longest service of 7 working days

3rd December

UK and Europe Delivery

Orders placed online are prepared within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) and then dispatched with the courier you have selected at the checkout. Please note we are only able to dispatch on working days between 9am to 12pm.

We do not dispatch orders at weekends or bank holidays.

Once dispatched, Royal Mail (un-tracked service) to Europe may take up to a maximum of 14 working days and Interlink Tracked a maximum of 7 working days. Should you wish to receive tracking information, please email info@plumen.com with your order number.

Bespoke items and Designer Collaboration Products may take up to 14 days to be dispatched and all bespoke are dispatched from our UK warehouse (dependant on quantity and order size).

North America Delivery

All orders within the USA are dispatched using Fedex Ground and USPS, please allow up to 7 days transit from our Los Angeles warehouse. For Canada and Mexico, we use USPS service. All order tracking information will be emailed directly to you upon dispatch.

Accessory products will be dispatched from the UK so please allow up to 14 working days for these to arrive.

Rest of the World Delivery

All other orders are dispatched using USPS, Hong Kong Post and other local post services.

Please allow 7 to 14 days transit time depending on your location.

If you would like to upgrade to faster delivery or choose your own preferred shipping method or courier (at cost) including pallet delivery, please email info@plumen.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
