Order Handling & Shipping
Orders placed online are prepared within 3 working days (subject to stock availability) and then dispatched with the courier you have selected at the checkout. If your order is urgent, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request. We recommend that you check your order thoroughly once received and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items.
UK and Europe Delivery
Orders placed online are prepared within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) and then dispatched with the courier you have selected at the checkout. Please note we are only able to dispatch on working days between 9am to 12pm.
We do not dispatch orders at weekends or bank holidays.
All orders shipped via Royal Mail may take up to 15 working days and can take up to 21 working days during busy seasons. Please note this service is untracked and so we will not be able to send over a tracking number for this service.
All orders shipped using Interlink Tracked service may take a maximum of 7 working days. Should you wish to receive tracking information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Bespoke items and Designer Collaboration Products may take up to 14 days to be dispatched and all bespoke are dispatched from our UK warehouse (dependant on quantity and order size).
North America Delivery
All orders within the USA are dispatched using Fedex Ground and USPS, please allow up to 7 days transit from our Los Angeles warehouse. For Canada and Mexico, we use USPS service. All order tracking information will be emailed directly to you upon dispatch.
Accessory products will be dispatched from the UK so please allow up to 14 working days for these to arrive.
Rest of the World Delivery
All other orders are dispatched using USPS, Hong Kong Post and other local post services.
Please allow 7 to 14 days transit time depending on your location.
